By accessing or using onelinebot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

1. Description of Service

onelinebot provides users with a platform to create AI chatbots from their knowledge bases, including cloud storage files, HTML websites, and text documents.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3. User Data and Content

You retain all rights to any data, text, files, and links you upload to our Services. By uploading this data, you grant us a license to process it strictly to provide the Services.

4. Data export, trash, and account closure

We provide self-service tools to export a copy of your account data (where available in the product), to move chatbots to trash, to restore them or permanently delete them, and to deactivate or permanently delete your account. By using permanent deletion, you acknowledge that associated content and configuration may be removed from our live systems and may not be recoverable. You are responsible for exporting or backing up anything you need before you permanently delete a chatbot or account.

  • Soft-deleted chatbots and accounts in the deletion queue remain subject to a limited retention period; after that, automated processes may erase them from our application database as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Permanent deletion may include ending or cancelling recurring subscription handling in our billing systems where the product supports it; you remain responsible for any charges already incurred or subject to your agreement with the payment provider.
  • If you sign in with Google or another identity provider, destructive actions may be confirmed using the mechanisms described in the product (for example name confirmation and provider session) instead of a password you never set.

5. Prohibited Uses

  • Upload content that infringes on property rights.
  • Incorporate malicious software.
  • Overload our processing capacity.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall onelinebot be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.
